MBTA Redesign
As a final project for ENP166: Computer Interface Design, I redesigned the MBTA CharlieCard kiosk. Through the project, I analyzed the current workflow of an MBTA passenger, developed user personas, created wireframes, and concluded with visual design. I conducted three rounds of usability testing - two during the wireframing stage and one following the application of the visual design. The project culminated in a fully-fledged Figma prototype.
